Kiki Lauwers is the CEO of Thorizon, a Dutch-French deep-tech scale-up developing molten salt reactor technology. Thorizon is a prioritized project in the EU SMR Alliance and featured in the Wennink, the Dutch competitiveness report. She began her career at McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam, focusing on advanced industries, and later led innovation at Bol.com, the leading Dutch e-commerce company. Kiki holds a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD.
