Remco de Boer MSc is an independent energy researcher, writer and public speaker specialising in the energy transition and international climate policy. He has been following the Dutch and European energy debate for more than fifteen years.
Since 2018, De Boer has been the creator and host of the Studio Energie podcast. For the weekly interview programme, he has interviewed more than 400 business leaders, policymakers, scientists and politicians.
His latest book, Droomland – Dutch Energy and Climate Policy and What Became of It, tells the sobering, moving and, at times, unsettling story of a quarter of a century of Dutch energy and climate policy.
